I'm trying to install Thai language... I was following the previous post.

I'm wondering if i could find SCIM folder in usr/share or I have to install SCIM first? cuz I cant see it in my eeepc. I'm dying for typing in THAI...
(I bought this eeepc from the US)

1. if there is no scim in US version where can i get it?
2. if scim is in my eeepc now how to get it?
Please...and so sorry for my broken English

ลองเปิด terminal โดยกด Ctrl + Alt + T แล้วพิมพ์

ls /usr/share ดูครับ ปกติจะมีโฟลเดอร์ scim อยู่ด้วย

เวลาพิมพ์ให้คำนึงถึงตัวเล็กตัวใหญ่ด้วย เพราะจะมีความหมายต่างกัน

after did that it comes

samba/
sane/
scrollkeeper/
services/


no scim/ ahhhhhh

what should i do?

ให้ต่อเน็ทค้างไว้แล้วเข้า terminal จากนั้นพิมพ์

su apt-get update
su apt-get install scim

จะเป็นการติดตั้งโปรแกรม scim แต่หากติดตั้งไม่ได้ สงสัยงานยาว -_-"
